ConEd Outage Map & Updates

The outage map helps you track real-time updates using color-coded triangle icons that indicate the location and size of outages; users can zoom in to view specific boroughs, zip codes, or counties.

In addition to basic outage information, the map provides options to view outage locations, crew status, outage causes, and estimated restoration times for each incident. The map also illustrates planned outages for maintenance and provides timelines for scheduled work.

You can access the outage map via web browser or by downloading the free Con Edison app for iOS and Android to manage your energy supply rate while Con Edison restores power safely.

The ConEd outage map shows active outages, restoration times, and total customers affected. Users can expect to find the Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) for each outage by clicking on the outage icon.

The map provides detailed information about outage locations, causes, and crew status. You can search by address or neighborhood. If an outage is not displayed on the map, users should report it immediately via the website or by calling 1-800-75-CONED. Con Edison provides system-wide ETR updates through press releases, website banners, and social media.

Customers who report their outage will receive updates on their specific ETR via text message or automated phone call. Data refreshes every 30 minutes for accurate information on all Con Edison power interruptions.
